We are a start-up and we’d like to add some creative and resourceful folks to our team. Right now, we are looking for project-based contract/freelance work with the potential to be hired as a part-time/full-time employee.

This person will help us segment our market, create a campaign schedule, and provide relevant content to our audience. Our content will focus on supporting small-medium enterprises integrate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy into their operations. We are in the business of transformational change, so we're only interested in solutions that will have lasting impact.

Marketing and communications knowledge - understanding of marketing tactics and strategy, and communication techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and engage via written, oral, or visual media.
Knowledge on how to create a campaign to serve different audience segments English writing comprehension and writing expression - ability to communicate effectively to meet the needs of our audience and present ideas in a way others will understand.
Fluency of ideas and creative fluency, ability to come up with a number of ideas on a topic.
Prior experience with creating and executing email campaigns.
Technical skills to use and manage an email marketing platform.
Qualifications - Preferred
Prior experience with creating and executing email campaigns specifically for B2B.
Social Media (+Design) Strategist

Position Type: Remote - Hourly, for 3 month contract.

We are hiring for a Social Media Specialist to help us drive our LinkedIn and other professional media platform presence. You will be creating and coordinating our social media campaign, schedule and initiatives along with our executive team. Preferably, you have visual design and copywriting skills that can be utilized to execute on our social media strategy. We are hiring for someone who believes in our unique approach, can help us differentiate ourselves in the industry, and better position our voice.

Data analysis skills - identifying underlying reasons for results by breaking down information or data.
Design capability and experience designing for professional clients.
Qualifications - Preferred
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign.
Base knowledge of DEI sociology with thoughtful consideration of group behavior and dynamics and how societal trends show up in the workplace.

We are hiring for a passionate Copywriter who can help us communicate our messages of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in a way that is truthful and relatable to our audience, and helps drive results. You will help us differentiate our “voice” in the industry and produce written content on how DEI strategy can be integrated into business. Ideally, we want someone who is passionate about DEI in business, and has something to say!

Base knowledge of DEI sociology with thoughtful consideration of group behavior and dynamics and how societal trends show up in the workplace.
Qualifications - Preferred
Knowledge of marketing principles, understanding marketing tactics and how to present content to drive results and audience engagement.
Experience with local publications and getting content published.
